 Our oldest campus was founded in 1862 by architect Jean-Baptiste Bethune. Sint-Lucas Ghent has since become part of LUCA School of Arts, a college specialising in higher art education. In 2012, we celebrated the 150th anniversary of our oldest campus.

 With 4000 students and 700 members of staff, LUCA School of Arts is a creative hub of nearly 5000 artists, musicians, theatre and film makers, photographers and designers.
