The Master Assessment consists of two parts. After your registration, your application will be reviewed by Admissions. If everything is in order, you will receive a link by e-mail that will direct you to the online platform, on which you must upload the documents for PART I. This must be completed before the deadline of PART I. You can find the different steps further down this page. Depending on the date of your registration the deadline will differ. PART II consist of an interview on campus, your registration will be reviewed again beforehand. If everything is in order, you will receive an invitation by e-mail, a few (working) days before PART II. The assessment will show whether a start in the master or preparatory program is possible. If you are not eligible for an assessment we will also let you know.
Caution: We expect you to be there. It is not possible to reschedule the interview if you cannot be present on the indicated date and/or time. You will be automatically redirected to the next assessment date. You can change the date (before the deadline) using the same link you received after registration. If you want to make sure the date is adjusted correctly or you are experiencing some difficulties, please contact us through the following e-mail: tatjana.vanoverloop@luca-arts.be If you choose to participate in the last assessment in September and you do not pass or cannot attend, the only option is to register for one of next year’s assessments in the spring of 2026.
