Het kan natuurlijk zijn dat je uitschrijft om redenen die persoonsgebonden zijn en waar de opleiding geen invloed op heeft. Het kan ook met de inhoud en organisatie van de opleiding te maken hebben. De administratie kijkt ook na of je financieel dossier (Studiegeld en Extra Studiekosten) in orde is.
De uitschrijving is pas volledig in orde na inlevering van je studentenkaart en eventueel badges, buspas en resterende attesten die je van ons kreeg en nadat je dit uitschrijvingsformulier volledig ingevuld hebt doorgestuurd.
Bij voorkeur kom je hiervoor langs bij de onderwijsadministratie om deze voorwerpen in te leveren.
Als het niet lukt om ter plaatse te komen stuur je deze voorwerpen op per post per adres van de campus waar je was ingeschreven. Uw bewijs van uitschrijving wordt dan via mail opgestuurd naar het mailadres dat je via deze vragenlijst hebt opgegeven. Dit attest kan je gebruiken voor een inschrijving bij VDAB of in een andere onderwijsinstelling.

The administration will also check if your financial record is in order (enrollment and tuition fee, extra curricular study costs). The disenrollment is only complete after you have returned your student card and any badges, bus pass, remaining certificates which you received from us and after you have completely filled out this disenrollment form and submitted it.
It is preferred that you pass by the educational administration personally to hand over these matters. Would you be unable to come to LUCA in person, you can send these matters by snail mail to the address of the LUCA campus where you were enrolled. Your proof of disenrollment will thean be sent to you by email to the address mentioned in this questionnaire. You can use this certificate for re-enrollment at the VDAB or any other educational institution.
